About Georgina

Georgina joined Michael Saunders & Company as a sales associate in 2000. With a focus on luxury, she quickly emerged as a to... more.p producer and market expert, later becoming branch manager of the company's Longboat Key offices, known for high production in luxury properties. Georgina served in that role for over 12 years, using the skills she gained as a CPA to oversee hundreds of millions of dollars in complex real estate transactions. Georgina has earned the GRI, e-PRO and ABR designations and has served on the Board of Directors of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, where she most recently served as treasurer after chairing several of the association's committees. She was also a Director of the Florida Association of REALTORS® and a past recipient of the association's Humanitarian of the Year Award. Georgina spent years as an active member of the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Small Business Council and the Child Protection Center. She is a member of the Junir League of Sarasota and the Church of the Redeemer.

Georgina and her husband, Larry, relish the interesting lifestyle of the Gulf Coast, the stunning beaches and bays, and the wide range of exciting cultural opportunities. They have three grown daughters, a son, daughter-in-law and six grandchildren.

About Mary Pat

Mary Pat is thrilled to return to real estate and resume her partnership with Georgina. The pair worked together for two years after Mary Pat relocated to Sarasota from Raleigh, NC, more than 15 years ago. While in North Carolina, she enjoyed a successful seven-year career in buying and management roles with an upscale women's boutique, and later spent three years as a manager with June Simmons Jewelry in downtown Sarasota. With her extensive knowledge of the Sarasota area, as well as a superb ability to network and make connections professionally and personally, Mary Pat will benefit buyers and sellers as they work to achieve their real estate goals. She takes immense pride in the relationships she has built through her involvement in the community, including Sarasota's phenomenal school systems, Sarasota Yacht Club and Church of the Redeemer. In 2020, she became a founding member of the first Florida chapter of National Charity League, Inc. in Sarasota and is looking forward to serving as its president in2022-2023.

Mary Pat and her husband, Kevin, have enjoyed raising their two daughters in a community full of culture, educational opportunities and the beautiful outdoors, and the family loves taking advantage of the area's beautiful waterways, including boating and paddleboarding through the mangrove tunnels. ...less.
